We also accept many out-of-network plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Federal, Cigna PPO, Coventry PPO, Delta Dental PPO and Premier, and Principal PPO. Please note that Delta Dental, Cigna and Principal policies now reimburse patients directly, so payment for those plans is due in full on the day of service.
